The VIPLANT Customer Card was created for all customers who wish to enjoy exclusive benefits when shopping in our physical stores – Oeiras and Algarve Garden Centres. Soon, the card will also be valid for purchases made in our online shop.

General Terms and Conditions: 

1. Card application: The VIPLANT Customer Card must be applied for online using the form available on our website, www.viplant.pt. 
   
2. Processing: Once the application is submitted, data processing may take up to 2 working days. Your Customer Card will then be activated in our database. 
   
3. Use in physical stores: No physical or virtual card will be issued. Within 2 working days of your request, simply provide your TIN to the cashier at the physical shops (Oeiras and Algarve Garden Centres). From then on, you can enjoy all the benefits of the card. 
4. Associated benefits:The benefits associated with the VIPLANT Customer Card apply to all products in the twophysical stores (Oeiras and Algarve Garden Centres). 
   
5. Balance accumulation: For every €1 spent in the physical shops (Oeiras and Algarve Garden Centres), €0.04 will automatically be credited to your account. The accumulated balance can be used from the day after purchase. 
   
   • Example 1: If you have accumulated €1.95 on your card and make a new purchase, you will earn an additional €0.10. You can use the €1.95 you already have, but the new €0.10 can only be used from the day after the purchase.
   • Example 2: A customer has accumulated €1.95 on their VIPLANT Card. They make a purchase and accumulate another €0.10, but do not use the €1.95. On the same day, they make another purchase and accumulate another €2. The next day, they can withdraw the €2.10 they have accumulated (€0.10 from the first purchase and €2 from the second). 
6. Birthday offer: The Birthday Offer is valid for up to 5 days after the date of birth shown on the VIPLANT Customer Card form. Offers vary between discounts, card credits, or selected items, subject to available stock. 
   
7. Online shops: The benefits are currently not available for online purchases, but we are working to extend the benefits to the digital channel. Some of the benefits available to VIPLANT Customer Card holders will be: 
   
   • Access to exclusive content on the www.viplant.pt website with the latest trends and exclusive promotions;
   • Personalised notifications and priority access to workshops and events;
   • Exclusive access to special promotions and discounts in the online shop;
   • Production nurseries: The card is not valid for purchases in production nurseries. 
     
8. Free of charge: The VIPLANT Customer Card is completely free to obtain and maintain. It is not a means of payment, and the accumulated value cannot be converted into cash. 
9. Validity of the balance: The accumulated credit is valid for one year. After this period, the credit expires. 
   
10. Returns: In case of a return, the amount will be refunded in cash, but the credit used for the purchase will not be refunded. 
11. Update your details: To change or cancel your card, please send a request to oeirasgarden@viplant.pt. 
    
12. Data migration:When migrating to the new points system, the benefits acquired at the time of the change remain the same. Your balance will be converted directly into euros using the following formula: 600 points = €5. 
    
13. Data protection: The data provided in the form will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used to manage the card and send newsletters. 
    
14. Changes in conditions: VIPLANT reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the benefits of the Client Card and will notify holders of its decision without prior notice.
