This information describes the terms and conditions of use of the www.viplant.pt website and online store.
General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.viplant.pt, as well as to the use of the online shop and all products purchased there. By using the website and associated services, or by making purchases, the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Use set out herein. VIPLANT – Viveiros do Algarve, Lda. reserves the right to change or update this information at any time, without prior notice.
Ordering
Product orders must be placed by users aged 18 (eighteen) or over (individuals under this age must obtain authorization from their legal representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the user have full legal effect, and the user acknowledges that electronic purchases are valid, and cannot invoke the absence of a signature for failure to comply with their obligations.
Orders can be delivered in Portugal, with costs adjusted for the autonomous regions, or picked up at the Garden Centre in Oeiras
Payment methods
The website offers the following payment methods:
- Bank reference
- MB Way
- Credit Card
The invoice will be sent with the order to the recipient (unless it is requested to be sent separately), and via email, in PDF format. By placing your order, you accept these conditions.
Delivery
YYou will receive your order, after payment, within 10 working days of placing it in the online shop at www.viplant.pt. In most cases, delivery takes place within 3 to 5 working days.
Exchanges and Returns
After the delivery date, you have 15 days to return the purchased product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt. In the case of plants, the exchange or return period is a maximum of 5 days. We do not accept returns of damaged goods.
We will refund a purchase made in our online store in the following situations:
- If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has been paid for but not yet shipped;
- If an ordered product is sold out between the time of online purchase and order preparation, and the customer does not wish to wait for the product to be replaced.

By using this website you agree to be contacted by us through different means of communication (email, telephone, social networks, among others). By communicating with us you agree that all documents or messages exchanged will be stored by us.
