1 Do you sell plants all year round or just in season?
Given the wide variety of species we produce, we manage to have plants available all year round.
2 What products do you sell?
At VIPLANT Nurseries, we grow and sell over 100 varieties of ornamental plants, including various types of climbers, shrubs, palms, and succulents. Take a look at our list of plants here and be enchanted by our excellent quality.
3 I have a business outside Portugal and am interested in your plants. How can I contact you?
We’ll be happy to find the ideal solution for your business. Please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
4 I have a large garden and would like to buy your plants, how can I do this?
If you’re a private customer, you can visit one of our garden centres or email us and we’ll make sure your garden has VIPLANT plants. You can also leave a message here and we’ll get back to you with more information.
5 Do you sell throughout the country?
We have routes from the north to the south of the country. If you’re interested in finding out if we can supply your business, please get in touch by emailing viveiros@viplant.pt or leaving a message here.
6 I have a garden centre, how can I contact you?

1 Do you offer home visits and advice?
VIPLANT prides itself on having an exceptional technical team of experienced staff who are always willing to share their knowledge with customers. Although we don’t offer home visits, we are always happy to help with any questions you may have.
2 Do you have a gardening service?
VIPLANT Algarve Garden Centre can provide you with the contact details of the gardeners and landscaping companies it works with. Send us a message here and we’ll get back to you.
3 How can I rent plants and decorations?
You can request a quote here by describing what you want and attaching photos of the room. In any case, we always recommend that you visit our premises for inspiration and to confirm the materials you wish to rent.
4 Do you take orders?
We accept orders by email (algarvegarden@viplant.pt) or in-store.
5 Do you close on weekends or public holidays?
VIPLANT Garden Centres in the Algarve are open 7 days a week, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and do not close on most public holidays, with the exception of Christmas, New Year, and Easter. If there are any changes to the timetable, we’ll let you know via our social networks and Google updates.
6 What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on the volume of purchases, the characteristics of the materials purchased (weight, dimensions, and volume) and the distance to the delivery address.
7 Do you make home deliveries?
The VIPLANT Algarve Garden Centre offers home deliveries in the Algarve, by appointment at the time of purchase.
8 How do I get a quote?

9 I'm a professional gardener or florist. Can I get special conditions?
Customers who are involved in gardening and the resale of plants or flowers can open a VIPLANT account and benefit from resale prices. To join us and benefit from these conditions, you will need to send us your company’s permanent business registration certificate, which must include at least one of the activities described above. If you have any questions, please write to us here or email algarvegarden@viplant.pt.
10 Do you sell to the public or only to professionals?
VIPLANT garden centres are open to everyone, whether you’re a private individual or a professional.

VIPLANT prides itself on its exceptional technical support, with experienced staff always willing to share their knowledge with customers. If you have a room that needs renovation, or you just want a greener life, leave us a message and we’ll get back to you to arrange a visit. This service is available in the vicinity of our Garden Centre, including Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra.
10 How do I rent plants and decorations?
You can request a quote here by describing your requirements and attaching photos of the space. Our sales department will review your request and recommend the best solution, which may include a site visit for a personalised assessment. We also recommend visiting our premises for inspiration and to confirm the materials you wish to hire.
11 Can I take my pot or window box to be potted with the plants I have purchased from VIPLANT?
At VIPLANT, we can re-pot existing pots if they are in good condition and suitable for the chosen plant(s). There is a charge for this service, which will be quoted after we have assessed the number of plants, the complexity of the potting, and the time required. There is an additional charge for home delivery.
12 How do I get a quote?
If you have a list of plants you would like us to quote for, you can email it to oeirasgarden@viplant.pt. If you would like a quote for landscaping, plant styling, biophilic design, or event decoration with plants, please leave a message here or send a detailed email to oeirasgarden@viplant.pt.
13 Do you sell to the public or only to professionals?
VIPLANT Garden Centres are open to everyone, whether you are a private individual or a professional.

1 How do the competitions work?
There are no competitions running at the moment.
2 I want a plant but I don't know which one to choose. Can you help me?
Yes, we can! On our website you can take a quiz that will certainly help you find your ideal plant. If you prefer, you can also visit our shop for a chat or send us a message.
3 Do you have a gift card?
Yes, we do! Our gift vouchers are the perfect option for those who want to give the perfect gift but don’t know what to choose.
4 Can I send a VIPLANT system as a gift?
Yes, you can! You can also ask us to add a personal message at no extra cost. Just let us know at checkout that it’s a gift, and we won’t send you an invoice.
5 How do I use a discount code?
To apply a discount code, simply enter it in the appropriate field during checkout.

7 How do I report a problem with my purchase?
We work hard every day to improve our service and interaction with our customers. However, if you encounter any problems or difficulties, please contact us via the Message Box or by email at lojaonline@viplant.pt. Although you can make purchases any day of the week at any time, emails are responded to on working days between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our customer service team will analyse the situation and give you all the necessary advice.
8 Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the purchased product with the original proof of purchase. For plants, the maximum exchange or return period is 5 days.
9 Can I track my order?
Yes! If you buy from the online shop and request home delivery, you will receive a message from our courier allowing you to track your order.
10 I saw a plant in your garden centre but I can't find it in the online shop. Can you help me?
The diversity of products available in our Garden Centres is so vast that we are not (yet) able to make our entire catalogue available online. If you’re looking for something you can’t find on our website, leave us a message here.
11 Can I buy online and collect from a store?
Yes! Yes, to speed up your experience, you can buy online and collect from the Oeiras Garden Centre. All you have to do is select ‘Collect in store’ when you check out.
12 What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary by region but are usually between 3 and 7 working days from the time of purchase.
13 Will the plants arrive in good condition?
At VIPLANT’s online store, one of our main priorities is to ensure that the plants arrive in perfect condition. We take great care with the packaging, as we believe that the quality of our plants should be reflected in the delivery. We know that shipping is a delicate process, which is why we take the time to pack each plant with the utmost care and attention to detail. We have developed special boxes – strong, breathable, and static – to prevent unnecessary movement, and our team carefully packs each plant using special materials to provide the necessary protection during transit. We also ensure that the plants are properly hydrated before packing. This ensures that your plants are well protected throughout the shipping process.
14 Is it safe to buy plants online?
Buying from VIPLANT’s online store is an affordable and convenient way to receive live plants directly to your home or workplace. Our plants are produced to high standards of quality and sustainability and are carefully packaged and shipped quickly to ensure they arrive healthy and in perfect condition.
